lesson learnt? TPJC is actually quite happening!
So yesterday was TPJC songfest. It was truly amazing and FUN! omg its awesome to be a part of TPJC coz there is always smthn happening. n its happenin'. not boring. but smthn actually interesting.
next month we have TPJC runway- last yr it was a HIT!
after june hols, in july, we have TPJC dancefest- which will DUHHH be a hit coz i m in the dance club! ehehehe.
and the best part? the tickets are well priced - not ex at all! jus 4 bucks! compared to other JCs where they charge a bomb! and for 4 bucks, what one experiences is GREAT!
and this is what hpnd-
met nicole, amelia and mei at tanah merah and went together to school. and reached late so cudnt get good seats.!! and this guy had 'reserved' like a million seats for his frnds! whataloser.
and then it started. for solo category, farhan commenced the evening. he was quite charming w his looks. too bad, nic, hes J1. and then thr was conan. again too bad hes J1. and then the highlight of the night, ASRI! was mind blowing!
ofcourse, he won the solo category.
and then for band, Russell of Blossom received much hearty support. n The Cheekens were original but i dunno WHY they WON! rusty should have won. john n min were great.! they sang chasing cars.

BUT BUT BUT, HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA the bestest bestest part of the night was STELLASTORY! guest performance. the lead singer was indian, a punk indian. with looong frizzy hair. and a hairband. but his voice was gooooood! n evreything abt the band was simply superb! they did a bon jovi medley. but didnt sing its my life. what kinda BON JOVI med is tt? but still they got the audi screamin for more. ENCORE.

and then, there was fatin. former TPJC songfest winner. she sang two songs- one by mariah carey and the other one by beyonce. woooow! her notes were perfect and her voice, beautiful! i got goosebumps when she sang...
and then jothi was my date for the night!
went out later w mei n mimi to bedok food corner n took 'productive' pictures.

got scolded by mum n dad. BLAH! what an ending to a perfect night!
overall.. I've regained my trust in TPJC.
