hello one and all

(ewww)

anyways, yeah... one very very very important thing I must say is that we (those giving A levels) must reallyyy take care of our health. It is of utmost importance right now. and falling sick (even to skip mid years) is not very exciting.

Shit man, just when Saturday (today) was assigned to be the 'mug' day and must 'chiong' all the way to finish a few parts of history, I got sick and I think I sneezed 200 times. now the skin at the inside part of my nose is damaged and it burns and stings even if water touches the area.

I can safely blame late nights and my screwed up biological clock for this.
I read this somewhere,
Those who sleep for more than 8 hours have a shorter life span than those who get the perfect sleep of 7-8 hours.
I am no where near filling the ideal criteria. its below and above(mostly this).

I am gonna die young.

oh young reminds me, ms young just smsed me a very sweet message but its got me stressed nonetheless. I should really control what all I say in the heat of emotions. a few months back, out of guilt of not having performed well or something along those lines, I said to her "I pledge to work harder" and now yeah... she remembered and sent me a message. but its really sweet of her.

back to the point, PEople please, do take of your health. please please. We are the future and we need to be a fit one.

so join me in ensuring ours and everyone's health (catch line) for those beautiful A grade and to make this world a better place to live in... without all those sneezes and nose goo filled tissues.

you know after a while people just start using toilet roll because its so much more economically convenient.

HAHA here!
